I'm a native Floridian with 15 years in real estate and home-related services. I grew up on the Emerald Coast and have watched these markets evolve through boom cycles, hurricane recoveries, and the post-pandemic surge that reshaped pricing from PCB to 30A.
Most of my buyers are purchasing from out of state — a vacation home, an investment condo, or a retirement property. I've built my practice around making that process straightforward: video tours, remote inspections, e-signing, and mail-away closings are standard, not exceptions.
